GOOD MORNING! well i stopped working out on the gym for more than a year now(dont ask for the outcome please) , now thinking to start running (jogging not 100m dash ok?).. well i got curious about some other workouts that i can hop into until found this kinda trending workout fitness now its called Kettlebell. if you havent heard of it Kettlebells are those weights that looks like iron balls with handles (not your ordinary dumbbell) wherein the weights extends beyond the hand which can facilitate to swiming motions and ballistic movement during your workout. kettlebell workouts usually build strength and endurance, particularly in the lower back, legs, and shoulders, and increase grip strength.
