GOOD MORNING! well ive been discussing some earning opportunities with you guys especially online. well I ran into some articles on online earning opportunities Ive tried getting commission on sales campaign on some of my sites and since im not that good at selling so my earning rate was very slow. i recently got into this campaign wherein I dont need to sell stuffs all i need to do is to randomly ask my blog subscribers to do some Action related stuffs (not the action in movies) and once completed a certain amount was credited to my account! ill share the screenshot below:

GOOD MORNING! well i stopped working out on the gym for more than a year now(dont ask for the outcome please) , now thinking to start running (jogging not 100m dash ok?).. well i got curious about some other workouts that i can hop into until found this kinda trending workout fitness now its called Kettlebell. if you havent heard of it Kettlebells are those weights that looks like iron balls with handles (not your ordinary dumbbell) wherein the weights extends beyond the hand which can facilitate to swiming motions and ballistic movement during your workout. kettlebell workouts usually build strength and endurance, particularly in the lower back, legs, and shoulders, and increase grip strength.

GOOD MORNING! good news to all Facebook users using the new Timeline.. as of December 18, 2011 Facebook via Facebook Blog has just announced that the Facebook is now available on you mobile devices :
“UPDATE on Sunday, December 18th 2011: We’re excited to announce that timeline is now available on Facebook for iOS version 4.1, for iPhone and iPod Touch devices.”

GOOD MORNING! as i always say.. this post may not be appropriate to start with those words to my fellow Filipinos affected by the recent Typhoon Sendong but I started this post with those words as I believe there will always be a new morning, a new hope and a new beginning for all of us. As we all know the Southern Part of the Philippines has recently been struck by a very devastating typhoon leaving thousands of people homeless and the saddest part is that a lot of people lifeless. Not only that this typhoon brought mass flooding but it in even struck at the time where people are asleep and off-guard therefore leaving those people with a little time to react during the time of calamity. As of today December 19, 2011 the total number of casualties by the Typhoon ‘Sendong’ is more than 650 and still hundreds more are missing. Let us continue praying that this count stops and those missing people to be found.
